Materials Needed:
·Plywood
·Tissue Paper
·Glue
·Scissors
Step 1
Fold tissue paper in half and cut down the middle fold.
Step 2
Fringe tissue paper leaving approximately 2 inches from the top of each sheet.
Step 3
Apply glue to the top of each sheet of tissue paper and glue tissue paper to the top of the plywood.
Step 4
Continue all the way down until you’ve filled the plywood board.
