Some may not have heard about the “Trash the Dress” style of wedding photography. I am one of them. The world of wedding photography has simply evolved from the plain and usual to the unique, eccentric and daring.
This beautiful bustier gown by designer Veejay Floresca was a topple of dainty fabric flowers on a beautifully laced dress that will make anyone prevent it from mutilation or any possible teeny tiny harm because indeed, it is a work of art. Just as with the idea of “trashing” a beautiful dress, a wet market, a graffiti wall, an old retro-vintage café, a barbershop, a populace basketball court, a swarm of old people on house clothes as various settings chosen by Midori Moon was unquestionably putting definition to its meaning. Amidst these “imperfect” places, however, were the “perfect” smiles of the children and the rest of the crowd having fun. Would any bride or gown designer dare to have a “Trash The Dress” session? Why not?
