Yes! The Service Request listing is open to the public, anyone can see service requests listed per category and the number of requests respectively. However, if you want to create your service request, you must be logged in to your BridalPod account. If not a member yet, you may join BridalPod and create an account for free!

How to create a Service Request?
Simply login to your BridalPod account, and on the Service Request landing page, the button “Create Service Request” is displayed on the banner.

Where do we find the 'Best Offers' we've received from suppliers?
Simply login to your BridalPod account and you’ll see all your service requests, on your account Dashboard – on Your Service Request tab.

Why haven’t we received ‘Best Offers’ on any of my Service Request?
This service request application is newly introduced, so it may take a while for you to receive best offers. Wedding suppliers are joining BridalPod everyday. Our non-stop campaign aims to get new suppliers to join and make best offers. If your wedding date is months away which gives you enough time for this process, keep relisting your service request.

We don't see too many suppliers in the location we're getting married. Should we post our service requests?
Yes! Most suppliers accept destination weddings. We’re still growing and have talented wedding suppliers joining every day! Oftentimes, once a couple submits a service request, suppliers will join BridalPod specifically to 'Make Best Offer'.

Once we receive best offer, can we contact the supplier outside of BridalPod?
As per our Terms & Conditions, you agree that when you post a service request on BridalPod, and receive a best offer from the supplier you like, you must select the best offer and communicate with the supplier on BridalPod. Selecting a best offer and working through BridalPod gives all of our suppliers a fair chance to compete for your wedding requirements. Service Request comes with your free BridalPod account, so there's no downside.

Can we check out Service Request listing without signing-up?
Yes! The Service Request listing is open to the public, anyone can see service requests listed per category and the number of requests respectively. However, the budget per service request is only accessible to suppliers logged in to their BridalPod account. If you want to 'Make Best Offer' you may join BridalPod and create portfolio for free.

There’s a Service Request in our category, how to submit and make best offer?
If you want to submit a ‘Make Best Offer’ simply login to your BridalPod account. If you’re not a member yet, you may join BridalPod and create portfolio for FREE!

Is there a fee or subscription fee to submit and make best offer?
None! Simply join BridalPod and create portfolio for FREE!

What is that ‘Invite to Make Best Offer’ button on my supplier portfolio?
Couples with service requests, can also invite suppliers while browsing BridalPod's Supplier Directory. The 'Invite to Make Best Offer' button on your supplier portfolio allows couples to invite you 'directly' or 'particularly'. Consider this a very good lead.

Why aren’t there any service requests in our category?
Couples planning their weddings are joining BridalPod everyday, so it may take a while for you to see service requests in your category. We recommend checking back to see if there are new service requests added to the list.

The couple's service request budget seems low considering the couple's inclusions. Should we still submit and make best offer?
Yes! Suppliers can still submit and make best offer to the service request. In most cases, couples don't have ideas of where the service costs currently are, so instead of suppliers submitting best offers above the couple’s budget, the offer will come in with an attachment in the form of 'Service Offer Details' to describe best offer to narrow scope of coverage that's suitable to the couple's budget – serves as a counter-offer all at once. This process, aims to minimize the steps taken by both the couple and supplier to close, and get the best deal!

When we make a best offer, can we tell the couples to contact us directly outside of BridalPod?
As per our Terms & Conditions, you agree that when your best offer on BridalPod get selected, you will communicate and work with the couple on BridalPod.

Will couples pay me via BridalPod?
No. We leave the payment arrangements between you and the couples. BridalPod is a venue only and our service as an intermediary is to connect couples and suppliers by providing the platform. The agreement to execute the services is between the supplier and couple only.
