Neither of us knew that our first meeting was the start of our love story. A mutual friend invited me to a festival, and we were introduced in front of the church. That's where our story began, with God as the witness to everything.
We first saw each other again a year later. We were both shy with each other while watching a movie in the cinema, drinking the trendy milk tea of that time, and then just walking around the mall our first holding hands.
After 7 months of just talking—through text messages, calls, and Messenger chats—Janjan jokingly asked if we were officially together on our date. I jokingly said yes, and that's how we officially became a couple.
This is the day we had a little fight . However, he made up for it on our monthsary date, the day of the proposal. I was super happy, and it was epic because before he even took out the ring, while we were having our picture taken by the waiter, I saw his actions reflected in the glass behind me – him holding a ring! When I looked at him, I laughed, and we both laughed. After his proposal, we were both shy, but it was a super unforgettable moment for us. We were both incredibly happy during those hours while eating at the Italian restaurant.
