Here's our Love Story
We never imagined that love would find us on a screen, through a simple Facebook Dating app. We wasn’t even searching for something serious at first—just curiosity, quiet conversations, and a little hope. Then one day, We matched in a simple swipe, and everything slowly changed.
Kinsley wasn’t like other guys. He didn’t reply immediately to messages. I would sometimes wait more than 5 hours, or even days, before hearing from him. At times, I’d catch myself thinking, “He must be talking to a lot of people.” But when he finally replied, there was always something different.
Slowly, our conversations became more frequent and natural. We moved from Facebook Dating to Messenger, exchanging messages and eventually having video calls. We even found little ways to connect, like playing Mobile Legends, discovering we shared the same main hero, and even though I loved playing chess, he only played casually, but it didn’t matter—we just enjoyed the time together.
First date

After a few months, Kinsley asked me out on a date. Since he was from Los Baños and I was in GMA, Cavite, we met halfway in SM Sta. Rosa. That was our first date, where we went to Perlas ng Silang and then Tagaytay. That day felt simple but magical, and it set the tone for everything that followed.

From that day on, our conversations never stopped. We got to know each other even more and decided to meet each other’s families before officially continuing the courtship. And then, on October 1, 2024, we officially became a couple.
We're Engaged

Time passed, love grew, and on September 1, 2025, Kinsley proposed. The boy who once made me wait for his messages became the man who chose me for life.
What started as a simple match on Facebook Dating led to our marriage, proving that sometimes love comes in its own time, in its own way, and when it’s real, it lasts forever. 💍
