Jun and Iya, then known in school by their first names, Alicio and Mary Lois, became classmates in kindergarten. To their four-year-old selves, this time in their lives was just an ordinary stage in their formative years, but unbeknownst to them, this would be a pivotal part of their love story.
First Date

After more than two decades since their last meeting, Alicio and Mary Lois reconnected. All it took for him to reach out to her was one random note on Messenger. Day by day, they talked about different things, from their countless commonalities and pet peeves, to their dreams and aspirations, and it didn't take long before they fell for each other. Thus, Jun wooed Iya with her parents' permission, and they started dating.
In A Relationship

On July 21, after attending the Sunday morning mass, Iya gave her sweet "yes" to Jun---- in the parish of the parochial school where they first met, 22 years ago. This day marked the beginning of their commitment and romance--- a love story that is indeed, two decades in the making.
We're Engaged

On their 2nd anniversary as a couple, Jun made the biggest decision of his life: to ask Iya to be his wife. Iya gave him her second "yes"; only this time, it would change their lives forever. And fast forward today, in the eyes of their loved ones and of the Almighty Father, they're becoming man and wife!
