At their workplace, a certain group of colleagues was known simply as "Cavite"—named after their shared home province. But for Mich and Phil, "Cavite" became the backdrop for a much more personal chapter.
Mich—gullible as ever—simply thought she was joining her boardmate to visit some friends. She had no idea she was walking right into a setup. Phil happened to be there, and as soon as Mich’s friends realized she was single, the matchmaking machine went straight to work.
Phil wasn’t exactly Mich’s type at first glance. But fate has a funny way of ignoring our checklists. What started as an unplanned introduction in that "Cavite" group turned into the very story that brings us all here today.

What started as a random introduction in the "Cavite" group quickly snowballed into endless conversations, shared meals, and routine late-night drops at Mich’s boarding house. Before long, the unspoken connection between them hung thick in the air—a romance ignited by a spontaneous tour of Tagaytay on their very first date.

Caught completely off guard, the shy romantic in Phil didn't need a rehearsed speech. A wide, hopeful smile and sparkling eyes were all the answer Mich needed—marking the official start of their forever.

Fast forward to the proposal, and history repeated itself in the most iconic way possible. Phil was right where he was supposed to be—down on one knee, ring ready. But knowing our female protagonist, she couldn't just sit back and wait. Before he could even get the words out, Mich took charge once again and beat him to the punch, asking, “Will you marry me?!”
Finally, someone said "YES!"—and in true Mich and Phil fashion, it was the perfect blend of her bold spark and his devoted heart.
