First We Met
Sep 02, 2008By God’s grace, we first met at Obando Christian Church, where we were both actively serving in our ministries. As we partnered in leading the youth group, TEAM JOD, we spent time serving, learning, and growing in our faith together.
In that season of ministry, the Lord built a friendship between us—one rooted in a shared desire to serve Him and care for others.
First date
Mar 14, 2022Our first dates were simple but meaningful, often spent at home every Saturday. We would set aside time to pray together, sing songs, play games, and even watch movies. Most importantly, we spent time in the Word of God, allowing Him to guide our conversations and our hearts.
What may have seemed ordinary became special, as those moments helped us grow not only closer to each other, but closer to the Lord.
In A Relationship
Sep 12, 2022Our relationship has been a joyful journey, where we have seen more clearly how the Lord is at work in both of our lives. He has used our relationship to support and encourage one another, especially in the ministries He has entrusted to us.
Even in times of challenge, God has been faithful—using those moments to shape us and to teach us what it means to love, following the example of Christ. Through it all, we continue to learn to walk in grace, patience, and faith.
We're Engaged
Nov 12, 2025We have been praying for this season, asking the Lord to lead us according to His will. Our engagement is not only a step of commitment, but a decision of faith and obedience to where God is leading us.
As we look forward to marriage, we continue to pray that the Lord will shape us more into His likeness, trusting that He who began a good work in us will be faithful to complete it.
