Hiro found Che on Facebook Dating and decided to shoot his shot. He messaged first... and then waited. A whole day passed with no reply. Most people would’ve given up — but Hiro isn’t most people. He kept sending the occasional message, not pushy, just persistent and kind. Until one day, Che finally wrote back. That one reply turned into conversations and dates. All because he believed one message was worth the wait.💫
He met the parents, respected the curfew, and won her heart over Unlimited Samgyupsal at Mr. Korea in Glorietta. It was love at first sight, and somehow it felt like our hundredth date. The kind that doesn’t make sense on paper but feels right in your chest. Some people just feel like home from the very first hello. We were so comfortable, laughing like old friends and looking at each other like we already knew the ending.💕
The very next day, they became a couple. Life wasn’t just samgyupsal and curfews. Hiro and Che supported each other through the ups and downs — the stressful work days, the family celebrations, the quiet nights when one of us needed a little more love. We learned that saying yes was just the beginning. Staying, showing up, and choosing each other every day is what made it real. 💕
