First We Met

We simply met at work in Marikina, completely unaware that God had already written the first chapter of our story.
One meeting, countless memories and a love story that unfolded along the way.

May 04, 2013We barely knew each other before that day—just two people who happened to cross paths at work.
It was my youngest brother’s birthday, yet I found myself crying. He saw me and simply said, “Come with me.”
And guess what? Sumama naman ako. Hahaha! 🤭❤️
That night, we went to a park in San Mateo, Rizal. What began as a simple invitation became one of the most meaningful conversations we’ve ever had.
Looking back, I know it wasn’t just a random night. Maybe God was quietly writing the beginning of our story—two hearts meeting on an ordinary night that would become unforgettable.
And that was the night our story quietly began. 🤍✨

Because sometimes, when God gives you clarity, you don’t need years to recognize what your heart already knows.
When God makes it clear, why force yourself to wait?
We chose to take the risk, trust the process and God did the rest.
And maybe that’s why what seemed “too fast” to others
felt completely right to us. 🤍✨

It took time, yes—but now we understand why. God was preparing our hearts first, allowing us to encounter Him before He allowed us to experience this beautiful moment together.
The waiting was never wasted. His timing was never late and His faithfulness never failed.
