I was the cheerful, playful classmate who never missed a chance to tease Arby Shane, while she answered my jokes with eye rolls, sarcastic remarks, and quiet smiles she tried to hide. Between classrooms, crowded hallways, and shared moments in the cafeteria, our friendship slowly grew through laughter and simple conversations. We were just two freshmen discovering college life, never realizing that the smallest interactions would one day mean everything. There were no grand romantic gestures—only ordinary days that quietly brought us closer together. Looking back, those innocent moments became the foundation of a love that would stand the test of time. There was nothing extravagant about that day, yet every smile, every conversation, and every quiet moment became unforgettable. We didn't know we were creating a memory that would stay with us for years to come. Looking back, we realized that love was never measured by expensive dates or perfect plans, but by the joy of being beside the right person. The calendar may have erased the exact day, but our hearts never forgot the happiness it held. Every disagreement taught us patience, every reconciliation strengthened our bond, and every challenge reminded us why we chose to stay. As the years passed, love became less about grand gestures and more about communication, forgiveness, and protecting each other's hearts. We grew together through spontaneous adventures, late-night conversations, shared dreams, and ordinary moments that quietly became our favorite memories. Eleven years later, we are still far from perfect—we still tease each other, still argue, and still make mistakes. But through every season, we have continued choosing one another. Time didn't make our love flawless; it made it stronger. And if we were given the chance to begin again, we would still choose each other, every single time.
We're Engaged

Our engagement happened in a beautifully unexpected way—during the birthday celebration of my dear friend, Amiel. Before asking the most important question of my life, I sincerely thanked him for allowing me to share a small part of his special day, knowing it wasn't the perfect setting. Yet, his kindness turned an ordinary celebration into an unforgettable memory. Surrounded by our friends, I knelt before Arby Shane and asked her to spend forever with me. Through joyful tears, she said "Yes," and the room erupted with applause, laughter, and heartfelt emotion. It wasn't a grand proposal or a perfectly planned moment, but its sincerity made it more meaningful than we could have imagined. That beautiful "Yes" marked the beginning of our next journey together—counting down the days until we would stand before God as husband and wife.
