First We Met

Back in 2012, when Kelly and I first met, we were still in high school. We used to chat on Facebook, back in the “jejemon” days, when our chat format was like “hellow,” “eow po,” aNo gwa ü?, “What are you doing?”, “Have you eaten yet?”, and all sorts of things. However, we only saw each other and exchanged greetings, but we never really spent time together or bonded.—we only chatted—but we already knew each other.
First Date

Because I’m a coffee lover, Kelly and I had our first date at a coffee shop here in Alfonso. We talked and laughed, reminiscing about our high school days. I still clearly remember how very nervous Kelly was back then—I could see it in his actions. Actually, he’s really shy in person.
In A Relationship

Since we became a couple, I’ve felt that he is my safe place. The way he treated and respected me, even from the time he was courting me, meant a lot. Since we became together, we’ve gotten to know each other more—building happy moments, bonding together, and traveling.
We're Engaged

Kelly and I celebrated our first anniversary in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa. Our plan was to run 5 km there, walk around, and eat. That day was very special and happy for us. After dinner, before we went home, we were in the parking area when Kelly proposed to me. I felt so many emotions—I was about to cry with happiness because I was now engaged to the person I love and would soon be getting married. That was the twist of my 2025.
