Our Love Story
First We Met

The day our story started with a total miscommunication. We agreed to meet at 7-Eleven, so I was patiently waiting at the Forest Hills branch, only to get a message saying he was waiting at 7-Eleven Glori in Bayan! After laughing off the mix-up, we finally met up at Nova Plaza, both masked up. I was wearing a white boho off-shoulder top, and he was in a plain black tee. Looking at his thin frame with a bit of a tummy, my very first thought was, "Yep, this guy must be a heavy drinker." We ended up heading to his apartment, and the rest is history.
First Date

For our very first date, we went to the 199 Unli Korean BBQ spot at RP, right across from SM Novaliches. Between grilling meat and enjoying the meal, we also ended up taking our very first picture together to capture the moment. It was simple, fun, and the perfect start to us.
In A Relationship

We never had an official "will you be my girlfriend?" moment, nor did we pin down a specific start date. We just let our feelings take over and let time do its thing. We don't have a traditional anniversary or monthsary to mark on the calendar—because for us, love wasn't about a formal label or a date. We just knew, deep down, that we loved each other, and that was more than enough.
We're Engaged
November 24, 2025
Before the big surprise, we spent the day hanging out with our kids at SM Novaliches, celebrating his fresh 13th-month pay. While at the indoor playground, I noticed a small wrapped paper bag sitting inside the locker area, but I didn't suspect a thing—least of all a ring! He had actually planned to propose in front of the church later that night, but when he kept asking me to go outside, I was just too tired and insisted on staying in. Plan B turned out even better: he put on a polo shirt, and as I opened my eyes in bed, he proposed right there. It was quiet, cozy, and completely ours.
