Jyka Espinoza is an Entrepreneurship graduate from the University of Santo Tomas who ventured right into makeup artistry after school.
Known for her light touch, she creates luminous, lit-from-within skin to highlight the client’s features. But make no mistake, she has versatility and can go from a classic glam to a more dramatic, editorial look. She continuously advocates for her signature Clean Beauty as she believes that less really is more.
Arts has always been her passion as she did graphic designing freelance works while earning her degree in UST. She was first introduced into the world of beauty when she attended makeup school in 2016 and started working backstage at theatre shows with MAC Cosmetics. It was there when she realized that her fascination could turn into a dream career.
Since then, Jyka has worked with various magazine publications, advertising campaigns, television and movie productions. She’s also been a go-to for brides who want to experience her signature Clean Beauty. She has now gone full circle and has become an instructor in SoFA where she teaches basic and advanced makeup. She is currently affiliated with MAC Cosmetics and is represented by New Monarq Creativx.
