Mary Grace is definitely a true-blue CKSCian, she spent her 18 years of education with Chiang Kai Shek College from pre-nursery all the way to tertiary level where she graduated Cum Laude and earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management in 2015.
During her student years, she stood out as a student leader and was involved in different extra- and co-curricular activities both in and out of the school. In 2015, she received a “Certificate of Leadership” and the “Agora Youth Service Excellence Award” given by the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) as she served the Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) as Vice President for Marketing.
Started singing at the age of 3, Mary Gace joined a lot of competitions --- singing, storytelling, oratorical, etc. in English, Filipino, and Chinese language. She also showed love for dancing and was part of the CKSC Filipino Folkdance Troupe for six years.
Focusing on her growth as a singer/ performer, she knew training was very important thus she had lessons with Center for Pop Music Philippines, Vehnee Saturno Music Training Center, Star Magic Advanced Voice Workshop, and her singing mentors in the Chinese Community. In 2014, she represented the country in the Watercube Cup held in Beijing. Joining the competition, she was featured in China TV show: CCTV 4 华人世界 and Ni Hao Magazine in Philippines.
Mary Grace started her formal hosting career on TV at age of 17 in year 2011 with “Chinoy TV 菲華電視台” - a premier Chinese-Filipino lifestyle and culture show in the Philippines. 2017, with ABS-CBN The Filipino Channel (TFC) show entitled “K World” as Philippine resident K-tizen. 2018, with Great Commission Television (GCTV) for “How to be You Po? The Entrepinoy Stories” on Cignal & Sky Cable. Fast-forward to 2021, she has hosted segments with “Shop TV”, a 24-hour home shopping TV channel owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation. To date, MG hosts live streams for “Shopee PH”, the leading e-commerce platform in the country, working with big brands (e.g. Colgate, Huawei, Belo Essentials, etc.) from a wide range of product categories.
Having that Energetic, Entertaining, & Engaging personality led her to do various professional hosting engagements for 13 years now. She prides herself as a multilingual host & singer (English, Filipino, Chinese. Mary Grace also adapts effortlessly to different types of events (weddings, tinghun, birthdays, corporate, livestream etc.) that can engross a wide range of audience. Her flexibility can seamlessly match the client's energy & personality by giving a versatile tone be it a formal program or more casual gatherings. 2018, was invited to guest in ABS-CBN’s The Bottomline hosted by Boy Abunda. She also does on-cam hosting and voice over projects for companies/ brands like Unioil, PLDT, etc.. Recently, she did some episodes for “Solar Learning” under DepEd ALS Program. Fast forward to May 2025, she was featured on Wedding Essentials Magazine’s Elements of Style. Included on the list of Manila’s Finest Wedding Hosts.
Apart from hosting, around 2015, MG started to rekindle her love for acting again and have on-cam appearances in different TV Commercials, Digital Ads, & AVPs like UnionBank, Dolfenal, Chuckie, Magic Crackers, Lucky Me, Colgate, Ariel, etc. Starred in the 2017 TV Series “Brillante Mendoza Presents: Tsinoy” on TV5. Also have acting stints with Films or teleseryes like Mano Po 7: Chinoy, ABS-CBN’s MMK & Till I Met You, and Can’t Buy Me Love on NETFLIX.
In 2018, MG was also selected as part of Cosmo Cam Crew where she was featured in different videos curated by Cosmopolitan Philippines. Mary Grace also joined Adarna House’s pool of storytellers. Until now, she delivers stories to kids and adults even on digital platforms. As the pandemic began, she also ventured into being an educator as part-time Mandarin teacher for kids and also a TikTok EduCreator making content about teaching Chinese-Filipino language with her hook / intro phrase “Hello! Kumusta! Ni Hao!”.
She also loves food and travel. A Klook Kreator creating content to help others maximize every travel opportunity with her code MARYGRACEKLOOK the most convenient and efficient way. As a certified foodie, she is affiliated with Booky app and shares her love for food via her @ mgfoodlover account. Together with his brother, they lead an Events Content Creation team, Event Paparazzi PH (Events & Wedding Content Creator), providing services to help clients capture special candid moments and curate memorable authentic reels!
She is also affiliated with the Rotaract Club of Chinatown Manila.
Wearing different hats --- as Host, Singer, On-Cam & Voice Talent, Content Creator, Storyteller, and Educator. MG is truly blessed and grateful with her career in the entertainment industry and still looks forward to wonderful things bound to happen.
